This place has great amendies.beautiful pool,work out room hot tub .Pretty grounds. pet friendly ,but not a lot of grass for all the pets it has.
Indoors are average (still have long shag carpet,which is a horrable thing for having pets) nothing special but nice.
The rules and regulations are a little much for my liking.I personaly like a friendly and happy atmosphere .I have yet to experience that.The maintenance people are far from nice and friendly. (ive heard they have had a lot of complaints and yet no change..) I have not yet experienced the office staff. Update when I have more.

The setting is park-like with generous open space and trees. Neighbors are considerate and quiet. Management staff is friendly. They are conducting extensive maintenance of the siding and updating units. One drawback is the scarce visitor parking. Since they're busy with maintenance, requested repairs can take awhile.

A very expensive slum. Older buildings have not been well maintained. Poor finishes on the inside. Garbage piles up. Management indifferent. Can't wait for the lease to expire so I can move.
