It is a very friendly and family based neighborhood. Your neighbors can become like family. The school for elementary and middle school are also very close by.

This area is a primarily rural setting with a lot of residential areas. There is a good business area that has medical services a good restaurants and it is a generally good area for outdoor activities

Safe to walk in. Grocery store, gymn, garden center, urgent care, restaurants, shopping with in three miles. Close to parks. Safe to walk in. Leash law

It's a small one and all the people are annoying. We also have Rigobertos really good Mexican restaurant.

It is located near major river, has 2 local beer brewers and it is not a densely populated city. Traffic is minimal but there are adequate services and scenic areas

It's very close to stores like Walmart and Target (Within walking distance). Plus there's a wildlife reserve also within walking distance that has some hiking trails.
