The residents play loud music pass 3:00 a.m, the water is constantly being turned off without notice, the laundry mat is filthy with used clothes and trash everywhere. People leave beer and liquor bottles in the parkinglot. Residents leave broken down vehicles in the parkinglot for months at a time.The new owners should check on the property.

Thank you for being a valued resident. We apologize shutting off the water without notice. Although, we would like to be able to notify everyone prior to shut off- in water emergencies that makes it tough for us to do. Please don't hesitate to come into the office regarding any noise or abandoned vehicle complaints during our business hours.

My husband and I lived at crosswinds until we bought our first home. The entire staff was professional.our neighbors were friendly. We loved living here. It's an older community but the price is just right for city living.

Some tenants don't care about lease agreement rules and management apparently can't get their tenants to follow the rules. Trash bags are left on front stoops near other neighbors front doors attracting flies and other insects, smelling up the place, etc. NOTHING is done about it. The wooden fence at the Cove property is falling apart with SEVERAL huge gaps and holes that animals, people, and trash can all go through. NOTHING IS DONE ABOUT IT. There is a large tree limb hanging down into a parking space that no one can park in, with small limbs all over the parking lot creating a tripping hazard...NOTHING IS DONE ABOUT IT. Either their corporate "management" is incompetent and not providing their properties with enough help or funding OR the "management" ON the properties is incompetent. Either way it makes for a BAD PLACE TO LIVE.

The pool is finally open. The previous management had it closed down for years. This management company finally took the time to open it and it being open year round is an added bonus. Plan on renewing.
