this place sucks . do not move in. It's a nightmare.
AC went out Thu Aug2d. Was the next week before Maint checked it. Said it needed freon so they added some. Thu Oct 4th, ac went out again. Different tech checked it late Fri and it needs replacing! Now, property mgr cant say when it will be fixed because "corporate" has to approve it!!!! I paid for a working apt, not a partially working. Glad I'm moving out in 3wks! Place has been going downhill since 3mo after we moved in dec 2016.
*edit after 2 years, 50 management employees and 2 different management companies, DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. There is a new management company as of Sept 2018, the previous company was here about 4 months, with the other being here about 1.5 years.
DO NOT MOVE IN HERE AT ALL COSTS - they DO NOT have records from the previous company, (they didnt even have records of my September online rent payment because they didnt have access to that system) they don't keep accurate records currently and give bad information in regards to leasing. I was told by the new company that it is not their job to tell us whats on our leases (even though they are leasing agents) and that "Im an adult, I should know whats on my lease." Cant wait to move out, this place is a total disaster.
Probably the worst excuse for a property management team I've ever seen.
"It's not the job of the property manager to speak with residents."
That should tell you everything you need to know.
*AFTER 1 YEAR
Property is probably even worse than when I moved in. Water still being shutoff without notice by the construction guys, trash all over the place, people leaving dog crap everywhere. Just don't move here if you care about where you live.
I've only been here going on 2 weeks now. So far so good. Leaving office staff is beyond amazing.
Friendly service and people.
Nice apartments. Tay is great
