Rodent infestation of all kinds; rats, squirrels, dont forget the bug problem. The staff is equally as unhelpful by ignoring tenants and trying to squeeze extra money out of you and making fun. Youll see dead rats outside they acknowledge and refuse to pick up as well as random dead fish. This place is as cheap as they come- Ive seen better section 8 apartments than this.

I can't ever seem to get anyone to answer the phone. Heaven forbid have all of my payments in their system correctly. They charge you a fee for every utility you don't have in your name, and I do have all of mine since I've moved in. And they still charged me the fees and made me bring in paperwork when it's on my lease with my account numbers they could easy Check. It's always about them, they don't care about the tenants. And they just blow you off and call you liars.

The management switched and they were "not able" to find a lawn service to cut the yard! There were people with pets unable to walk into the grass because it was so high! the flea infestation is so bad that my dog now has permanent bald spots from scratching and chewing on herself due to fleas.(and before anything is thought, i have gone through 3 different types of shampoo, 3 different types of medication, I have sprayed my house, and even gotten her a cone of shame, she is also now on an all raw diet as i originally thought it was just allergies, turns out according to the vet it was just from a horrible flea infestation) The grass went from being cut 1-2 times a week to not getting cut for over a month!

The office staff is always quick to blame someone else for things happening and they have a really bad habit of saying yes to your face and then doing nothing about your situation. if you do not get irate with the staff they will not assist you. so you are left either dealing with your problems yourself or threatening a lawsuit to get anything to happen.

my electricity needed to be shut off and the office lady told me "well it's a good thing you are doing this because it's YOUR electricity that needs fixed" basically she didn't want to stay and extra 15 minutes to do HER job. THEN she asked me what all the apartment numbers around me were.... like she wasn't able to look at a list of apartments on the property.

the management company says they have been operating for 30+ years but you would not be able to tell that from the way it is currently being operated. the office staff is cold and very involved in their own lives while at work. I would give this property a negative star review if that was possible. this is the worst place to pay to live.

Please don't move here,
I'm one of those people that look at all the reviews and will occasionally give a place a chance. I seen the bad reviews on this place and gave it a chance.I absolutely regret that I did. 1) the management absolutely is the worst, I've never seen a place ran the way this place is. All the ladies are hateful and rude, and don't care for what this place puts you through, just the check their going to receive.2)we moved in on March 10 and thankfully our lease is almost up, but we saw roaches the very next day. And called, and called, and called, I even went up there so many times, and they are supposed to come every Tuesday and that's my day off so I was here. They never showed, till finally 3 months later they did a spray and that's only because I called the actual owner of the place and he made sure they did something about it. 3)another reason is because our neighbors kept getting into our business and would yell through our door way at our dogs, that she was making bark because she had her dog barking and would be very loud and obnoxious, and plus would have constant parties, and never got in trouble, but we had to deal with the loud noises.
4) the pool is almost always closed. They shouldn't even put it on the amenities because it's never open, and when it's not open and it's supposed to be it takes like an hour for you to get ahold of them, or if you go in their excuse every time is "it's being cleaned" or "sorry we forgot".5) they never answer their phones. It literally takes hours to get them to answer, might as well go up their if your home, and if your not home, just wait till you are cause they won't answer and blame it on the phone lines.
6) when I first moved in here they overcharged me on my deposits and wouldn't give a refund or just give my money order back, it had to wait till my next months rent was due, and they'd take it off there. But it took them 2 months for that.

Did not get responses from all. I specified I was looking for a furnished 1 bedroom apartment for 3 months but you don't have any. Don't advertise what you don't have.
