This beautifully landscaped community is located in the heart of Tulsa along the Arkansas River. Waterside offers one and two bedroom apartment homes. The newly renovated finishes include options such as custom cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, tile back-splash, hardwood-style flooring and brushed nickel hardware. Our community features include covered parking, tranquil river views, three resort style swimming pools and controlled access gates. Steps out your door to the 60 miles of Waterside's jogging and bike trails that wrap along the river.
If you are looking for a truthful, easy to work with company to rent from, you might want to look elsewhere. I rented here for 3 months and made it clear as day what day I was moving out the day I signed the lease. Not only was I stuck with a 60 day notice fee, but I had collection agencies calling me no more than 5 days after I was noticed I needed to pay 2 months rate in fees. Talk about a company who wants to scam you. I was told if I wanted to access the 24 hour gym I would need to wait for someone to be inside that had a key to let me in. Im not sure if they are uneducated staff or just dont know what is coming out of their mouth. Go elsewhere and save your time and money unless youd like to hire a lawyer. Good luck.
Love living here ! My apartment is wonderful and the staff are so very helpful with any need you may have !
Great community and the view is unmatched! The upgrades have been well thought out and the crews performing the work are extremely professional. They are currently doing major renovations so the entry gate isn't always closed, which is the only reason I haven't given it a 5 star. Downtown living without the ridiculous price !
upgrades are good, you have to pay for them or you can choose to keep the old ones. the parking lot has alot of holes in it, not a fully secured complex and the gates don't work 1/2 the time. they put these ugly wood enclosures up, taking down the iron bars. they put a wood box on the bottom ones, with no gates and so high you can't sit down and have a cup of coffee on your patio and be able to look out, esp if you live by the riverside. now all you see is ugly brown, all trapped in a box. the smaller units look like they have room for a chair and that's it. it's a fire hazard, you don't have a way to get out, except through front door, unless your superman and can jump over the high enclosure? the thugs will love it because they can hide and do whatever, and of homeless can have a hidden place to sleep. it would have been nice to ask the residence for ideas, would been nice if it was only 3 ft high and with a gate. the grounds are kept ok, the lazy ground crew just goes along with the blower and blows up on the patio. the on property management is good.
