This place is terrible. From black mold and leaky ceilings to gaps in windows and squeaky floors. I would never recommend this place.

We are sorry to hear that you have not enjoyed your stay in the community. We were aware of the issues with your home and had offered to have you moved into a new apartment twice. Having declined these offers, we also allowed you to exit your lease. While we are disappointed that we were unable to accommodate you, we truly wish you all the best and hope you are able to find a home to your liking elsewhere.

Our 19 year old son moved into The Mansions this past spring and we have been nothing but pleased with everything. The few issues we have had were handled quickly and efficiently by Bill. He is bwry nice and helpful. -even gave us tips on things around the area.

We were worried about hearing the neighbors after reading other reviews, but we dont even hear the big dog next door who apparently barks cibstantly according to the owner!

Beautiful, well kept grounds and apartments. Trash pickup three times a week curbside is amazing! I would recommend The Mansions at Riveraide to anyone looking for a place to live.

Thank you so much for this fantastic review! We're happy to hear that your son has been getting settled in and is absolutely loving his home in The Mansions at Riverside community. We truly put a lot of effort into making this community so special and are happy to hear that our efforts are apparent even to visitors. We hope that your son knows he is welcome to stop by the office any time and that you know you are always welcome to visit!


Do yourself a favor and never move here. The customer service is a joke. We have had DEAD RODENTS living above us. The office has acted like this is our fault. The have have been rude and done absolutely nothing to try and rectify the financial burden, loss of sleep and hours spent outside of our apartment. They would not even let us out of our lease early or credit us for the week that our lives were spent dealing with this.

We are sorry to see that this event has left you less than satisfied. While we were able to remove the squirrels and have made continued efforts to prevent re-entry, we have little control over the actions of local fauna. The comfort of our residents is our top priority and we are willing to make accommodations. Unfortunately, you have declined both offers to stay in one of our corporate units. To discuss this issue in further detail, please stop by the office.


Really really disappointed with this community! Once you sign the lease, you are on your own. They never answer the phone, do not respond to messages and take their time getting to maintenance requests. They give you notices to inspect with less than 24-hour notice which you have to point out to them is not allowed in Oklahoma. Poorly trained agents that seem to be different every time you go to office. They can not keep agents and the one you see will have no record of what the one before told you, said to you or promised you. They will basically call you a liar. Gates are rarely closed because they are always broken so much for a gated community! Always standing water which causes mosquitos and leaves are not cleaned up unless they are having a property inspection.
I had the apartment professionally cleaned to where it was cleaner than when I moved in and they still kept deposit. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Mansions at Riverside. There are too many options with competent respectful management to rent here.
