The Mansions at Riverside Apartments grace a historic landscape and offer a premiere location in Tulsa's southern enclave at the Creek Turnpike...with easy access to Riverside Drive...yet it is really quite removed from the bustle of the city. Access to downtown employment is easy and convenient for those who work and play in the City Center. Bistros, galleries and shopping areas are a short distance away, perfect for casual weekend relaxation and fun.

I lived at the Mansions at Riverside for almost 2 years. It was fine when I lived there, although it did take several hours to fix my heater in 40 degree weather. The problem occurred when I moved out. I paid to break my lease 2 and a half months early, then paid the next two months as per the lease agreement. A few months after I moved out I got a bill for $800 and a notice they were keeping my deposit for a pet fee and to replace my carpet. I have never had a pet, ever or in that apartment. I called to explain, and they stated that there were stains and a pet smell. They could sent pictures. I am actually afraid of animals. I did not have a pet, I let no animals in my apartment. Everyone who knows me knows I am afraid of animals. They were in my apartment several times and never saw a pet. I also explained that I had cleaned the apartment and had video of the clean, unstained carpet They turned me over to collections and sent pictures. They only thing identifying the apartment was the number outside, the pictures could be from anywhere and did not really show stains, which where supposedly on the underside of my carpet. Also, even though I paid to break my lease, no one apparently entered for 2 months, so even if it was my carpet, who is to say an animal did not break in. I mean, I guess I could have shared an apartment with a ghost, but I did not with an animal, and will not be paying this fee.
This place is terrible. From black mold and leaky ceilings to gaps in windows and squeaky floors. I would never recommend this place.
I would like the opportunity to enjoy a home there
Our 19 year old son moved into The Mansions this past spring and we have been nothing but pleased with everything. The few issues we have had were handled quickly and efficiently by Bill. He is bwry nice and helpful. -even gave us tips on things around the area.
We were worried about hearing the neighbors after reading other reviews, but we dont even hear the big dog next door who apparently barks cibstantly according to the owner!
Beautiful, well kept grounds and apartments. Trash pickup three times a week curbside is amazing! I would recommend The Mansions at Riveraide to anyone looking for a place to live.
Do yourself a favor and never move here. The customer service is a joke. We have had DEAD RODENTS living above us. The office has acted like this is our fault. The have have been rude and done absolutely nothing to try and rectify the financial burden, loss of sleep and hours spent outside of our apartment. They would not even let us out of our lease early or credit us for the week that our lives were spent dealing with this.
