    My wife and I just toured the model unit at The Fairway Apartments. Wow! I cannot believe all the upgrades! We have put in our application and are excited about becoming residents!

    False advertising. They show one price online but whenever you visit the office you get a different price. They say the price online is a special, but it does not say that anywhere. If they start with the bait and switch type of things before you even sign a contract, there is no telling what the place will be like once you move in.

    The manager was overcharging and stealing people's rent. Now our water has been off for 3 days and won't be fixed for another 4 days, no accomodations were offered. Dog poop EVERYWHERE. Laundry rooms never work. Some people pay 550 all bills included. Others like myself pay over 700 +utilities. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
