I have lived at Courtyards for 4 years and I love it, obviously! It's the most consistent complex I have ever lived in! Consistently excellent! It's a community where the office staff truly cares about you! Maintenance crew is EXCELLENT, friendly & prompt! Landscaping is beautiful & many residents plant flowers in their beds and hang plants. Washer & dryer in each unit is the best. The security is ever present and the complex is well lit as many residents walk their pets after dark. There are also potty stations on the property and a doggy park! Mgmt changed a little over a year ago... I'll admit I was not looking forward to it... It's even better than before! I highly recommend making The Courtyards your home?

I love the office staff and the friendliness of my neighbors. I like the fact that there are just two stories and that the complex looks a little like a beach community. When I come home from work it makes me happy to drive up. The landscaping and other maintenance is great and the pool is always clean. Overall, I'm really happy here.
