      Bugs. Mice. And theyll charge you double your deposit for the damage caused by these problems and their reliance on a single maintenance guy instead of on professional services. Want pest control? Hope you have the expertise to tell someone completely untrained where to spray to prevent roaches theyll try to tell you are waterbugs. Was in their unit a full year and there was no scheduled preventative pest control. We live captured and released 8 mice during the winter because these units are in desperate need of interior remodels and they are NOT insulated to keep out insects or small critters. Hope you like crickets because they live with you everywhere rent free. We have to throw away a $200 dollar coffee pot and a another $100 air fryer because bugs got inside. We made heavy active efforts to keep our living space in a way bugs couldnt thrive but that doesnt matter when theres no preventative care. They also like to try to charge you for things that they dont list on move in check lists. Dont live here. The models they show you wont reflect the ten layer paint bug infested landlord specials this renter will give you.

      Top-of-the-line management and management staff. Beautiful club house with two well main- tained swimming pools, basket- ball and volleyball courts, and a dog park. Comfortable apartment living -- like coming home.

      I wish I would have found this nice apartment complex earlier.My relocation out of City /State to Tulsa would have been much smoother. My First impression with the service that the Office Manager provided along with the unit move in ready maintenance group is the Best in Town. They went out of they way with the excellent exceptional service they provided to me.I sincerely appreciate all me Office & maintenance staff .They truly made my unit my home till I m able to buy my own house.

      This is our thrid year this time at the Barrington. We lived here previously for four years. The office staff is friendly and fair. Maintenance requests are worked quickly and with care. The complex is well maintained and pretty.
