I would not suggest renting at Sunchase Apartments. The company that owns the apartment raises rent every year by at least $20.00. Their reasoning is the market is up so the rent should go up.

The only reason I did not select the "Excellent" rating is that it would be helpful and more tenant-friendly if the apartments were rented by like-minded families, i.e. families with small children next to other families with small children, elderly tenants by other elderly tenants, etc. I feel this would be beneficial because of the similarity in natural level of noise and lifestyle of each unique situation.
