Not happy with the fact that mantiance who lives on site does not have keys to anything. What help can that do when needing into a building? They could care less about personal needs or issues with children l
Office staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is quick and grounds are clean. also the rent is very good for this location.
I would not suggest renting at Sunchase Apartments. The company that owns the apartment raises rent every year by at least $20.00. Their reasoning is the market is up so the rent should go up.
