Somerset Staff did a wonderful job of making the conplex feel like "home." It truly is a "community" of great people rather than just a conplex. Kudos to the ENTIRE Somerset team!

It'S A Good Property. Management Is Quick To Respond To Any Issue. They Are Concerned When You Explain Your Issue And Are Prompt To Respond To Fix It.

BE AWARE: The air conditioning has been out at this complex for over a week. Emails are ignored and office staff just says it's a complex wide issue so there's nothing that can be done. I do not understand how business can be conducted in this manner. Please do not be deceived. They are very nice when showing units and when you first move in but then you are on your own to live in unbearable temperatures and they get frustrated when you check back to see if there is an estimate of how much longer until the air conditioning is restored.

If I could give this place zero stars I would do it. RUN, RUN FAR, RUN FAST!! They trick you into what you are getting by showing you a model but the apartment that you will get is NOTHING like the one you are shown. If the apartment you are given is anything like ours, it won't be clean, it smells and they will tell you that they will fix it. It takes them 2 weeks or more to fix issues that you have. I even talked with the property manager who is just someone on a power trip. We have resided in the apartment for 3 weeks and will be moving out ASAP. They are also requiring us to pay the buy out which is 2 months and we haven't even lived here a month!

I was hesitant to move here let alone do a tour of a townhome I was very interested in but CJ was so amazing and wonderful. His professionalism and dedication to making sure all my concerns were taken cared of were met is everything I can possibly ask for. I instantly fell in love with the layout of the townhome plus it had new carpet and no pest 😁. This place is peaceful and perfect its exactly what I was looking for and the staff just tops that cake. So all in all I give this place a full 100% 💯

Somerset is a great facility! First time moving in as a tenant and I had some struggles of figuring out the new process but luckily, I had Maria who was very helpful! She walked me through the entire process and was extremely nice! Made sure everything was taken care of for me!

I just recently moved into Somerset Park and I have to say I love my townhome. It is so cute! I love the private balcony. The staff was super nice. I had a minor issue on working the microwave, but they quickly sent a maintenance guy over to assist me!

Since I been here for the last 6 months it’s been a cool place to stay. The office staff are cool and since I been here they addressed any questions or any work orders I’ve put in. The maintenance staff have always taken care of business if I had any maintenance issues. It’s a cool place to live.

I have never had any problems with maintenance or staff, Very satisfactory.

I have lived here for a couple of years now and I must say my experience has been awesome. The floor plans are amazing. The staff is really great, they took the time I had everything I needed and I had a comfortable move in. I will definitely recommend your apartments to my friends who are currently looking for apartments to move to. Great job somerset.
