The ladies in the office are awesome! They are very responsive and nice to work with. I had to have a place quickly for a job relocation and they made the process very smooth. It's a nice, quiet place. My apartment had new paint, carpet and appliances. There were several minor issues found in a walk through, but all were addressed quickly. A lot of residents decorated for the holidays, so it looks like a community, not just a complex. I highly recommend Sheridan Pond!

Love how dog-friendly the complex is. Dog waste bags are provided and in walking distance from every building, takes away the headache of having to remember to purchase them!

The premises are great. The office staff has always been friendly anytime I've ever gone in or called with questions. Also, maintenance is very quick to respond to any issues I've submitted

We have loved living at Sheridan Ponds! It's a quiet community of people with a great location with lots of awesome amenities at the complex!
