      I would not recommend living here. Horrible place with people that are disgusting they have 8 people in a two bedroom apartment. A dead rat was found in the pool and nothing was done about it. The front desk does nothing when a fight breaks out and the cameras do not work. I am not happy with my experience as they have no rules at the pool for kids. My bathroom fixture has been broken and garbage disposal broken for months. For the price I expect to have safety in my home area and that is not an amenity here. Gates dont work. And cars are constantly broken into because there is no security except when there is a noise complaint that could result from the tv just being up a tad loud to their standards. Do not rent here whatever u do go on to the next one down the road if u want to feel safe in your own community.

      The sidewalk leading to our side of our building gets covered in mud after a rain (from it running down the side of the hill). While parking is almost always available, I have had my car dinged and scraped more often in the last few months that in the entire time I've owned the car. Mail service is inconsistent - a check I was expecting was mailed back to the sender TWICE even though my address was correct.

      The staff is really friendly. Maintenance issues are handled quickly and are done correctly the first time. The property is quiet and convenient to shopping and entertainment.
