I LOVE the all the plants!! It is so green there and I like that it is slightly overgrown. Excessive trimming or removal would likely make me move out. I like the gates, but not the drop bars. I like that there is a trash compactor (even if it is on the other end of the complex). I like the free bike rentals, friendly staff, pool, no smoking, vegetable gardens. The no smoking is a big one for me. We had a smoker move in below us and they moved out within a month. This IS a good thing.

So far our experience has been very good. The reason why i gave it an excellent is because we have been treated very well by the staff and the maintenance has been very quick to respond. They made it very easy for me and my wife and we were able to quickly get things in order to move in.

Me and my husband lived at this property from February/September longest 6 months we have ever experienced. I will not go into much detail cause I don't want to waste my time. We had multiple problems. The whole time we were there it was like pulling teeth trying to get maintenance done. We finally had to contact corporate and things finally magically started happening! We were giving 2 compensation for all of the things that went wrong. Now I am thankful for that but it shouldn't have had to happen that way. Mind the maintenance people were always kind and very helpful!!! I think it was mangers not communicating with them,I am not sure but someone was dropping the ball on a lot of situations. Thankfully we moved into a sister property! But we had a awful time trying to leave!!! We were told that we had to pay for a deal clean and $50 for patio blinds (our dog did ruin them) those 2 cost I was 100% okay with. The thing that was a pain was we were told we would have to pay for someone to come in a paint or I could buy my own paint from same company they buy theres from. So I just bought it. I went in one day (Thursday) and painted. (Mind I have never painted before) I called go see if someone could come in and over see it thy said it was too late in the day. It was 5:30. I didnt get a call Friday or Saturday,or monday so I thought I was fine and I was done. So I get a email Tuesday morning saying I needed to come in and repaint. I was beyond frustrated because it took until Tuesday to get back to me. I was beyond frustrated. So me and my husband went on in and talked with management. They made up a excuse that the person that over sees these issues were working at a different location. Anyways, me me my husband went in that day and repainted. We got a final bill about 3 weeks later and closed the book of those apartments. I wouldnt recommend these apartments at all. Maybe things would change if management would change.

Problems were never addressed like they should be and rules are never enforced. They don't give head notice on things when they should. Not a great experience at all and wouldn't go back.

Very good location. Office is always accommodating. Landscape is nice. Maintenance is very responsive. Just a great place to live.
