Structural repairs neglected. 1 maintenance man for nearly 600 units for SEVERAL months. Our building is in such disrepair that it has become infested with LARGE rodents. My 5 year old has not been in his room for weeks - waiting on mold test results - plus the rats/most gigantic field mice I've ever seen chewing through baseboard into his closet, where the floor is wet, mildewed, & moldy, because they have not repaired the gutter -- which I was only informed was in disrepair after reporting the (still unaddressed) floor. 100s of dollars in items destroyed, now & last September with the flood from upstairs water heater (utility closet is still rotting). I've had only the sq ft of a 1 bdrm accessible to my child (who I homeschool due to special My doctor just put me on meds to manage my symptoms, including migraine, infection, vertigo, & vomiting, & urged me after exam & blood tests to wear a mask until we are able to "change environments." My rodent kill count in the closet in the last week is 4. I spend $70-150 monthly on supplies not to have roaches. Be prepared to add pest prevention to your MONTHLY budget. AC running on high constantly to combat the musty smell. I can not open window in son's room, because torn screen marked as completed in online portal was never replaced. It is still laid on my patio bench, actually, because I thought the torn screen facing the parking lot might affect safety. It's June 10 & the pool is still green. Half or more of the washing machines are out of order & I now have so many things to sanitize. They do NOT maintain advertised amenities. There is a 2 ft hole on our building, visibly rotten exposed building seams, & pest mgmt has tried for months to get corporate to authorize outdoor bait stations, which cost above the regular contract, & they won't. So he can't get ahead of the breeding cycle. This place is a nightmare.

I love this place its very quiet, has everything the staff is very friendly and caring it's one of the best apartments in Oklahoma
