Chardonnay has recently been purchased by a new management company. They now want to increase rent as well as start charging the residents for water. They've made improvements by upgrading the office, changing the landscape at the front of the property, adding drywall to exterior closets that are only used for storage in the first place. None of which really do anything to improve the residents way of life yet somehow justify charging more for rent.
When it comes to service everything is done on time and taken care of. Hands down I have no complaints.. however I would like to see a fitness center there & maybe curbside trash pickup.

This is the best residence. The ladies in the lease office are the greatest.
I have lived there for 3 years now. Haven't had any problems with neighbors or staff. People are friendly. Good location for everything.
