Road construction makes access difficult (that's not the apartment's fault, to be fair). Residents do not clean up after their dogs and groundskeepers are slow (taking days) to do anything about it, leaving piles of dog feces to stink up the property next to sidewalks and people's porches. The property also does nothing about noise complaints -- too many people think that yelling and shouting in the apartments in the middle of the night or blaring their TVs and stereos all day is perfectly okay -- and when there's apparently nothing the management does about it, the message the rude residents are getting is that there's nothing wrong. :(

Awful service from the office, maintenance, and the place is built very poorly. You don't get what you pay for with these apartments, they upgraded the lobby of the leasing office, but keep the rest of the complex looking terrible, inside more than out.

The Maintanence people are awesome, the Management and front desk employees are so kind and very helpful. The only thing that has been of much discomfort is the on going struggle with my neighboring Tennant and recent foul joking from premiss security. I have been harassed with 90% invalid noise complaints due to the soundness of the building, which walking around in my apartment is something I cannot avoid. I would not recommend this complex to any of my friends based on that alone.
