I have lived at Cascata for the last 3 years and I have had such a great experience. I've always been a fan of the manager, Rachel. If she's not available, Nadine and Brooke in the office are all wonderful to work with. Always have a smile. When I go on walks I often see the maintenance crew and the guys that work on the grounds. They greet me and know who I am and have become like family. I have good relationships with all my neighbors and its quiet here. Being retired I value a well kept and well run property and Cascata is just that. I plan on staying here for the long haul. Thank you Cascata team for all you do.

Sprinkler system comes on at exactly 8:38 every day in the park area near the swimming pool. It is fine except for the fact that it gets the BBQ grill, the picnic table and and all of the concrete surrounding the table wet. So dont plan on Barbecuing when you get off of work. Your food will be ruined. All of the walk ways are also wet so people cant walk around. I called they didnt do anything about it. It would make more sense to have the sprinklers come on after every one is in bed. Shortly after this. Sprinkler system comes on all over my porch. I cant even sit on my porch to enjoy the rest of the day. Also, I have called several times for certain things to be done in my home and have to call them several times before they come. I had this same issue in the past and all of my issues were eventually handled promptly, just like any other apartment complex. However recently when I want them to take care of something in my apartment they never get back to me. I called about my carpet, some paint that they put on my wall, and more. It is just useless. I dont know if they have new management or what but for some reason things are not being handled. Beautiful Apartments but poor service.

I loved living here! The management is very helpful through the whole process and kind while I stayed there. When I moved in the apartment was very clean and that was high priority for me. The location is ideal and I felt safe while living here. I would recommend to any of my closest friends or family.

I came and toured. The people working were extremely helpful and answered all of my questions and kept in contact with me and continued to answer questions after I left. also I toured on a Friday and the neighborhood was in a great area and had good energy but wasn't to loud. great area to live close to a lot of stuff to do!
