They obviously have a trash problem the residents trash dumpster has trash EVERYWHERE.

I highly recommend these apartments. They are well arranged, spacious, open concept with up-to-date stainless steel appliances and of good quality. The office staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful. The maintenance staff are great. They are prompt when I ask for maintenance, friendly and go above and beyond and are very helpful to me in every.

These apartment homes are perfect for my teenage daughter and I. They have such a plush environment. I know she and I will love i once we get moved in.

The office staff greeted me very professionally. Took me on a tour and explained everything. Very nice community. Definitely will be renting here in a few months

I have been living here for one year and about to start my second year. I thought it was about time that I wrote a review for this apartment. We have a two bedroom unit with a garage in the same building. We are near the dog park and the trash compactor. My apartment was clean when I moved in, the appliances are very nice (for an apartment), and the noise level is minimal. The only thing I hear is the plumbing upstairs and an occasional dog running across the floor. Maintenance is done quickly - usually within 24 hours or sooner. We have changed ownership in the last six months, but I only see improvements. One of the problems here was the trash compactor and dog poop all over. But, in all honesty, the problems are tenant created. The trash compactor works fine when everyone follows the directions for how to use it (unfortunately, they don't) and the poop situation is because some of the tenants are lazy! However, the maintenance sends someone around to poop scoop on a regular basis and they fix the trash compactor very quickly. I love the grounds here, the pool is awesome, and the gym is pretty good. All in all, I am very happy here and glad to hang around another year.

Oh, if only I could give 0 stars. Terrible maintenance, ridiculously RUDE office staff, overly priced considering how terrible maintenance and office staff are.
