I am down stairs & able to park close to my door. Been quite. 2 repairs that was taken care of quickly.
This property has so much potential. The location is great but it appears not enough care is given to renters during the selection process. The kitchen appliances are outdated, the heating system is ancient and the external air conditioning vents are horribly loud. I rated a fair instead of 'poor' because I like my apartment overall, but there's lots of work ahead to clean up the community and living quarters.
