The place is terrible parking is ridiculous I have bugs all over my apartment and they won't do anything take my advice and find somewhere else
We rented while it was managed by Case and after they sold it the new managers are not doing their jobs. Grass has not been mowed since transition to new owners, people are not picking up their dog poo, there is no maintenance to clean out the courtyard trash bins, there are no antiseptic wipes in the workout room, no paper towels in the men's room, no tasty coffees in the common room and no answer to questions. Pool was readied for summer by prior owner (Case) who said it could be open as early as end of April and likely by mid-May, yet new owner states has no idea when it will be open because all the prep work has to be done. (this is a bald faced lie as we witnessed the work being done) Due to no maintenance, we have spiders, ants and now roaches in our apartment and are going to spray for pests ourselves, though this was supposedly a landlord duty according to our lease. The gated community is open at all hours and we just heard the deposit on fobs are being withheld when tenants leave. In just five weeks we have decided to find another home and we're not hasty decision makers.
Love this place! Quiet, private, gated community. The staff is so sweet and always takes care of any issues I've ever had. I used to live at Bailey Ranch, and this is such a huge upgrade for very similar pricing.
I have lived here since it was built and love the apartment. The only drawback at all is the limited parking.
This apartment complex is well laid out, relatively peaceful to live in and easily accessible.
