      The apartments and grounds are beautiful. Maintenance crew is quick to respond to the resident's requests. Kitchen footage and storage is large and appliances are attractive and very up to date. This is an excellent location near most any type of type of shopping, business services, churches, restaurants, and medical care. Owasso Schools are great and school buses stop at this location.

      I love coffee creek, staff is excellent, maintenance try there very hard to do there best in coming as quickly as possible and really, i feel privilege for my family and I to get a apt here, it was easy and for accomadating and I am absolutely pleased. The elementary school is so close we can walk there and the higher grades easily get picked up in the front. Close to a convenient gas station, bank, bowling ally & church.

      This place has really bad roach problem. The dog park area can't be used because people seem to think it's a pet bathroom and not play area. No one picks up after their pet there or anywhere on apartment grounds. Parking spots near your apartment are hard to find in the evenings.

      Overall the apartments themselves are clean and the appliances in the apartment are very nice. The complex is very quiet so thats always a plus. Where the problem lies is in the staff. The maintenance crew does not know what they are doing they replaced my hot water heater and I guess forgot to turn a valve or something and I was out of hot water and when I called up there to get it fixed the office was closed so the answering service left a message and they finally came out the next day to fix it. You have to call up to the office and figure out how much you owe for water because they never send the bill out. Good luck getting your deposit back they charged me a $100 cleanup fee for an 8 ft. table, which is fine if I was told about the charge I would have taken care of it. I asked about the table before I was completely moved out and they told me it would be a small cleanup fee so I just left it. They wouldnt let me move in early so I waited until the 2nd to move in, when my lease was up I had to be out by the 31st for some reason which I will never understand. I was out by the 31st but the office was closed for the holiday so I got charged an extra day.

      The apartments are fairly well built and the staff is very responsive. I especially like the security patrols and how the grounds are maintained.
