Living here was like our own personal nightmare. Quiet? That must vary from building to building. Our shrieking neighbor was anything but quiet. Hammering, vacuuming, screaming, slamming doors at all times of the day. I had to wear earplugs just to drown them out. The units are antiquated. Walls are thin. You could hear your neighbor coughing in the adjoining bathroom. On two separate occasions, I encountered some resident wearing just a bathrobe at the mailboxes. It almost felt as though there were more people there with dogs than without. Barking and feces all over. Maintenance had entered our apt without notice and without a request from us. Within two days of moving in, we knew we had made a mistake. Did not renew lease.
I love the location and the staff here. It's quiet and very convenient to major street's and shopping. Located near all major hospitals. Best place I've lived at!
I lived there for 1 year, horrible experience , Manager will complain and fine you for anything and everything .management will gossip about any and all of there residents. Maintenance won't fix anything but they will charge you for everything when you leave so expect excessive fines and penalties when you complete the duration of your lease. The walls are thin, parking is ridiculous unless you pay extra for a carport but there is a waiting list for pool is warm and small and only 4 feet deep. The manager ---- will complain about clutter on porches through group messages but completely fill under the stairs with all of her belongings. The fridge will make noise all day and all night. The windows are drafty so expect high utility bills. Overall a horrible experience Sincerely unsatisfied resident
Do not rent here. Horrible maintenance staff. Air conditioning unit broken both summers we lived here. We called multiple times, problem never fixed. Maintenance staff said we were the problem because we "always called only in weekends to report problems" (this was apparently inconvenient for them, even though this is when the problems would generally occur). The insulation is terrible. We kept air conditioner at 72-74 (when working) and heat at 68, and our bills were 300-400$ per month. There were multiple plumbing issues. Many times we did not have water due to "issues in the complex.". The pool is extremely noisy, no posted "quiet hours." We called noise complaints 3 separate times at 2-3:00am in a weeknight for individuals yelling, screaming and playing very loud music in the middle of the night. No one ever came to address the issue. We were charged $400.00 per month extra when we did not sign another lease, as our house was almost completed. They stated that we owed them money for "pet damage to carpet." We gave 1 cat who had never had any accidents anywhere that we have lived. Furthermore, areas that were covered by furniture making it literally impossible for the cat to even access, we're supposed areas that we were made to pay for. It should also be mentioned that the carpet was old when we moved in, so who knows how long said "damage" was present for. Do not be fooled and do not rent here. Grounds are clean and staff seem friendly but this will change when you move in. Save yourself a ton of money and hassle and FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO RENT. HEADACHE
Awful, don be fooled by the looks, Roaches infested, always roaches and spray does not help, disgusting. Do not rent there. Waste and trouble.Parking is a joke. My son paid 10 dollars on top of the rent and the paid spot was always taken either by people who live there or visitors. One time my spot was taken and I am handicapped because of my injured knee during my deployment. I asked the office manage for assistance and all she said. Oh, the visitor did not know. Really. What do you really know as an office manager. Paid parking is a joke like everything in the complex. The sink in the bathroom had been clogged for three days and I called the maintenance with no answer, so bad..They have a small pop corn machine and icy drinks, but that really means nothing as long as services are bad. Also, there is mold growing in closet and cabinets. They just paint on top of it. Manager is truly inexperienced and lacks CS skills of communication and does not really care about residents' needs. Will not renew this lease again. She had stickers posted on laundry room to support and leave positive feedback in FB and google for ten dollars gift card. I think this is very pathetic and disturbing! You should not ask for good feedback in return for money!
