There is no place like home. This is my 3rd time living at The Warrington and I loved it 10 years ago just as much as I do now. I have lived in every floor plan minus the townhome and every last location has been wonderful. I started my life new in OKC here and this is last place I will live before heading to Texas. I sold my home and downsized and knew exactly where I would call home...The Warrington. I would highly encourage anyone at any age, child or childless to call the Warrington home. The staff are great. Nicole is fabulous. Maintenance handles all concerns within a very timely manner and the place is just beautiful. When I moved here my daughter was 4 and she is now 18 and after selling our home she fell in love with a place that we both loved just as when we moved to OKC. Now as I prepare to leave and start my next adventure I will leave knowing if my child ever needs her own Lady Villa I will bring right back to the Warrington and can trust as her 1st place she will be just as happy here as I have been.

I love it here! The office staff is incredible, friendly and always willing to help. Maintenance is expedient and unobtrusive and the property is kept clean.

The apartments come furnished with full sized washer/drier units, which is a major plus. The bathtubs are a little slim, but as the complex was built in the early 1980s, it is not unexpected.

The property is currently undergoing renovations regarding it's siding is being replaced. The patio enclosures for the bottom floor are being replaced as well. The office is also looking into potentiallyreplacing the gutters, so while they are not the most aesthetically pleasing it is something to note.

Overall, I have been at this complex nearly two years and have no current plans to move.

Older air condition/heater units lead to a high electric bill for the small size of apartments. Rent is increased substantially and provides no inventive to renew lease. Good tenants who pay rent on time should be rewarded come lease renewal
