We have lived here for over two years, and we even chose to stay here longer than our initial lease because we were able to keep our space clean. However, that is about the only perk to this place. Since I have been here I have seen on multiple occasions: trash heaps outside the dumpster, brown ice in the ice maker, sticky posts in the elevator that lasted for over 3 weeks (they only lasted that long because eventually I got tired of them, and cleaned them up myself), dog urine throughout the buildings, no pet wasted pick up bags in the dispensers (come to think of it I have only seen any bags once), broken gates to the apartment complex, beattles, roaches, and hornets for weeks at a time. Additionally, any interaction with the many managers we have talked to has never been pleasant. In the two years that we have lived here, we have seen at least 4 managers come and go, that should tell you about the quality of management. In the end, it was strongly evidenced that they do not honor loyalty or their customers. They set up the reminders system so that you are told that you need to renew 30 days before your contract ends, but in reality, you must renew 60 days before. They are hoping that you will forget, and before forced into a month to month contract. This is the worst living experience I have ever had.

I am sorry for the experience you have had. We definitely want to address all the issues but if residents do not come forward and express what is going on, the staff can not fix the problems. A 60 day notice has always been required of lease holders, we are sorry for any miscommunication that occurred. If there is anything else we can do please contact our office.

If there was a rating lower than 1 i would give it. If you love parking issues this is the place for you. Anyone can park anywhere and nothing is enforced. Trash piles up constantly outside the dumpster as you first come in. They have valet trash that doesn't get picked up at least once a week. 3 changes in management in slightly over a year. Worse each time. Hope you enjoy noise. The inside apartment doors are nice except when you neighbors have dogs that bark constantly.

Pest control is a joke. Since the last management change we have roaches and ants. They never sprayed after we told them about the scorpions in my kids room. Dishwasher has been "fixed" 3 times yet still doesn't work. Gave up on that. The pool is packed with people since its a tiny pool, yet most of them don't live here. The walls have cracks running down them and some doors don't even shut.

It's your call to live here. Maybe at 700 a month it would be worth it but not at 1100. It's all lipstick on a pig. The staff will be nice to you until you sign that lease.
