It's great living here, it's peaceful and convenient location is a major plus. The rates are affordable, especially when you consider the conditions and location of the apartments
The Staff here is amazing, and when there is an issue, they get right on it and take care of anything I absolutely love living here and will for a while
It's like coming into an environment that allows you to relax and unwind. Other than the loud kids running around screaming at the top of their lungs it stays pretty peaceful. Hey, at the end of the day they are just kids though and don't seem to be vandalizing anything or harming anything so it's not a huge fuss. My guests have been well pleased with the interior layouts and the laid back atmosphere.
It's relatively quiet which I appreciate. The management is available which is also high on my list.
Its pretty safe, quiet depending on your neighbors. Affordable.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
