The apartment units themselves are rather nice, with new paint, floors, and appliances. Maintenance is awesome and can quickly fix pretty much any minor problem you have. But these apartments come with more than their fair share of headaches. When I moved in, my unit had a terrible smell inside. I asked management about it during my tour and they assured me theyd take care of it before I moved in. I assure you, they didnt. Not only did they not take care of it, but they got angry with me when I asked them about it and said they didnt smell anything when they checked. Bedrooms are small and closet space is limited, but they are both manageable if you dont have a ton of stuff. The biggest problem I had here was the amount of noise my neighbors made, and managements unwillingness to do anything about it despite my asking. Both my next-door and downstairs neighbors made endless amounts of noise round-the-clock. I brought this to managements attention and once again, they acted like I was crazy for asking. I even received emails from management saying that they refused to continue to ask people to not enjoy themselves in their home and proceeded to tell me I didnt know the difference between normal living noise and excessively disturbing noise. Basically, if you move in here, dont expect management to help with anything. You pay a pretty penny and expect them to handle complaints in a timely, effective manner, but that is simply far from the case. Unless you have no problem with noisy neighbors, small rooms, tiny parking lots, and careless management, you might want to keep looking.
Staff is friendly and answered all my questions.
This apt has been my favorite...ever. The sunlight I get in the large windows (2nd floor) lights up the whole LR. High vault ceilings are a plus. New/gently used stainless steel/black appliances. The A/C unit is on an auto 75 degrees, works perfectly and I love it. The master bedroom is LARGE. W/D in ONE of the closets. There's a Large bathroom in my master bedroom (with another spacious closet and cabinets in that bathroom). The hallway has a built in desk and another closet. Management and maintenance are beyond fantastic. The pictures on this site is actually how my apt was exactly! The neighbors mind their business. I absolutely love the area. I've never encountered any drama. I have pets and they love it as well. I have neighbors with dogs, and I've never heard them through the walls (i have heard them outside) but I'll use that as an example that I've really hardly every heard a peep from my neighbors, kids, pets... I signed another 1 year renewal on my lease without hesitation. No downside for me personally ** I read another review here about pests/breakins. I live in the front building and I've never had a hard time with parking or any kind of theft. There is pest/bug maintenance once a month, which is fine but I've NEVER had an issue with them inside my apt.
Loved these apartments. Management and maintenance were great. Always on top of things. Any issues resolved quickly. Only reason I give it a 3 star is because they do still have roaches. And some apartments are not too bad with dealing with them but some are infested and not due to the renters but to the lack of control over these pests. Lived there for about 3 years. In the end the roaches won. Just couldnt handle it anymore even though the management were great and came to spray once a week to help the situation. The issue still remained no matter the precautions and pest control.
Also, a LOT of theft occurred within the last year of my stay. If you move here make sure to always lock your car and have the alarm on and dont bring a motorcycle. A neighbor had theirs stolen overnight. And parking sucks. They talk a lot about great plans but they are renovating apartments prior to doing any additions to the place
I received an email same day within a couple hours of my inquiry and set up a tour that week. The lady who gave me a tour was very nice and the apartments were beautiful.
