I emailed the complex to get some basic information about availability, pricing, application fee, admin fee etc. I requested a phone call back because I get a better feeling if the complex and I talk first to see if we are a match. The leasing representative acknowledged that I did request a phone call but she was working from home and said it would be easier to email instead. This was all because when she's at the office she is on the phone the whole entire time. Ok, I let it go and started asking questions about what I am looking for etc. I was trying to get basic information on pricing for the period I would want to move in on. Instead of just giving the information that I asked for, she told me to go on the site and find it myself. Fortunately I had done that already and explained to her that their was a range of the price for the apartment I was interested in. Right then and there I was done. I told her that I shouldn't have to go searching for information that is at her fingertips. I said thank you but I'm no longer interested in considering there apartment complex in my search. After I sent that email I figured their would be no more emails. Boy was I wrong. First, she finally shared the information I asked for. Now I was curious why it took her so long just to do that from the start. Again I told her thank you but it's to late because of her poor service from the start. I thought it was done, NOO! She emailed me back to defend her customer service. After going back and forth 2 or 3 emails later, I wasn't amused anymore and requested her to stop emailing me. What it all came down to as I reread the emails is, she had to have the last word. This is horrible customer service. I was just a prospect. I don't even want to know how I would be treated if I were a tenant. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It's definitely 0 stars.
From the outside the building is really nice & the amenities seem worth it. BUT the front office is awful. On every occasion that we have been to the front for a package or any questions, no one is every here. They post if they are open or when they will be back but it isnt accurate. Also, they tend to close earlier in the evening!
The inside of the townhomes are very nice but are not taken care of.
The location is perfect & very friendly. I just do not recommend living at this place.
Great place to live. The staff is great and has the utmost respect for their residents. The community is new and very clean. Would recomend all to live here!
