Check Google reviews for my review. It's too long to post here. Long story short, fridge went out 4 times within a two month period. Maintenance kept trying the same thing over and over and I keep losing all of my food. I finally get angry and tell them they need to replace it, defrosting is NOT the solution.
I had to call the fire department today because maintenance ignored a water leak in the unit upstairs for several days. The water eventually found it's way into some electrical components in my utility closet. I called maintenance because we could all smell burning wires from inside. They ignored that. The next day, my apartment was filled with smoke and the electronics in the closet were popping and crackling and smoke was being blown into my apartment via the air ducts. I am now without heat. This could have been prevented so easily! They said they'd bring some space heaters but I guess they forgot. Do not move in here!
quiet apartments and nice office staff
Maintenance was terrible, they never picked up their mess when they were working on things. I was argued with when my air conditioner was not working as I had complained about it numerous times. Management had lost rent money.
Went from May 19 to July 25 without a properly working air conditioner. Rely too much on their general handyman, rather call a professional to fix a problem.
apartment needed many repairs on move in, no night drop box, charges for online payments, inconvenient office hours, apartment area is poorly lit, most notifications left on door are never received or are found in bushes, do not ensure residents are clearly notified about current changes
