I absolutely love my home at Quail Landing Apartments. The complex is beautiful and well kept. I have had a few minor issues that have required maintenance. They have responded promptly and upon fixing the issue were quick to communicate with me when the job was complete. The management staff are friendly and eager to help. I have lived in different apartment communities from Dallas to Oklahoma City at different times in my life and this is by far my absolute favorite!
I love it here, before we moved in we looked at a lot of apartments. This was the only one that had everything we wanted, fireplace, attached garage like, and a huge porch, all the other places only had one or two.
I have never found an apartment complex that made me want to renew my lease until I lived in Quail Landing. Friendly and clean environment, great staff, and great location.
There's a few things that need to be fixed around the complex, but we've been waiting for a lot of things to be fixed for about two months. Anytime it's something like the air conditioning that goes out which it has 3 times already this summer , they're usually here to fix it within the week. But, overall, it's pretty and better than a lot of the apartments around.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
