Parking is nonexistent after 5

Maintenance is slow, the staff will never return your phone calls, the gate never works and they give everyone the same code. There are raccoons in the dumpsters at night and the parking lot is so dark it's amazing I never hit anyone while living there. Don't waste your money on an overpriced mediocre apartment community that only cares about your money.

They allow convicted felons in these apartments. I do not feel safe woth mu children here. The neighbor we had continuesly fought, cussed to the point i called the police and finally moved. GOOD REDENCE!!!

The only thing good here is the maintenance guy, really nice man who gets things fixed. Moved into this place with a 13 month lease, we put in our notice early and paid our 3 months rent to break lease. I called around August 25th to shut off electric, at that time I was told by the OGE agent that the apartment had already taken control of our electric bill and we were good to go. Today on September 15th, Kim (assistant manager) called saying we needed to return the service to our name and pay the bill. I tried explaining to her that the apartments are the ones who took control of our unit, she got extremely rude and disrespectful stating that it was impossible and that could not have happened and we needed to pay the bill, she continuously cut me off and kept trying to blame it on us. I called OGE to confirm and they have it on their records that CROWN POINTE kicked us off the units electricity bill on AUGUST 3rd! It is not the customers fault that their people screwed up YET AGAIN and don't want to take responsibility. Simple solution, take the $2100 from breaking lease and pay the bill yourselves and own up to your mistakes and for being extremely rude to a customer.

It's the loudest by far apartment I have stayed at. There is always reving of car engines in the apartments , fire crackers at random time, people outside blaring their rediculous rap music and horrible neighbors upstairs and sides being so loud on the weekends!
