Every window has a view, the grounds are beautiful! I really like all the amenities like grills, amazing pool, tennis, garden spots for residents to grow their own food. The location is close to Lake Hefner, Martin Nature Park and so easy to get anywhere from here. The service is awesome (same day maintenance, once requested).
Staff is very friendly and are very helpful when needed. Any repairs are made in a timely manor. I would recommend that the restrictions on pet areas needs to go away. More bag dispensers.
Terrible, I would definitely not recommend this place. The customer service is horrible. It is totally overpriced.
Very quick maintenance
Water is loud. (hard to explain)
Issues with dishwasher more than once.
Brown recluse infestation. (very bad one)
That last one was the reason we moved. When we moved they also did not give a full refund of our deposit.
If there had not been an issue with spiders I would have most likely stayed.
