Horrible management, once had a spider in apartment no one came and sprays, roaches and bed bugs low income, lived there for over five years big mistake, happy god blessed me with something bigger and better
Would recommend someone I disliked. Unprofessional, mismatched appliances, staff dresses like they at home relaxing. Unclean apartment at move in. Loud neighbors, everything is always broken. Makes errors all the time
Spacious, does not equate to quality. The manager does not take care of serious issues here at all. Such as noise complaints ,pest control(roaches), damaged cars! It would be nice if the security and security cameras they advertise actually worked. They are very slow in responding to needs in your apartment. You usually don't get a follow up on your request. Appears they ignore it. They act concerned but obviously they are not.
Since living here, I've experienced very noisy, inconsiderate neighbors. I found a large mess of what looked like dead bugs and cat droppings with kids coloring pages and old food containers under my kitchen counter.
I have a ONE YEAR OLD who plays through out who could've very easily ingested something and become really sick.. We've been told something will be done about the stomping, slamming, running and jumping from our upstairs neighbors (10pm-3am) multiple times and so far all I've seen change is they are no longer responding to my calls and messages. I've yet to meet the owner. I've tried contacting and arranging meetings more than once with them as well. It seems that they just do not care about residents. Our hot water heater had to be worked on a total of 5-6 times in a course of two months this winter 2 of the times resulting in my family having no bath or shower for a week at a time. Our lease is up in November and we're getting the heck outta here. It's not the worst but definitely not worth all the extra trouble and cost of living here. Run not walk to another property to live in...
I have to agree with the other disappointing posts. Everything seemed great when I signed my lease, but my time here as been sub-par.
I too had problems with my air conditioner making a loud banging noise while running. During the 3 attempts at fixing it, all that was done was sticking a part of a foam pool toy up in the unit to block the sound. Most of my other requests, to fix burned out porch lights, to seal windows and doors, were ignored.
There is also a major bug problem here. I have had to deal with spiders, scorpions, wasps, pill bugs, roaches and more. The pest control is obviously not working.
The biggest problem came when I notified management that I was moving out. They were extremely unaccommodating and would not allow me to stay even a few days past my lease date, unless I wanted to pay a full month's rent.
Take a little time and really weigh your options when it comes to renting Update
I just moved out of and I'm so glad to do so. We had a terrible experience there, and management is impossible to deal with. They don't care about their renters at all once they've got your contract. We had problems with spiders and scorpions, and they wouldn't send any pest control people out for weeks. Even then, it didn't help. The people that lived below us had wild parties at all hours of the night when I had to be at work early in the morning, and they wouldn't enforce their quiet hours policy. The worst of all is that we moved out because of a job opportunity in another city. We had to break our lease, which was VERY expensive, and they made us pay it upfront, saying they would refund it if we found someone to sublease it. We found someone, and then they wouldn't give us the money back. They kept putting us off, saying management was busy at the moment, and they did this for an entire week. We never got our huge payment back. Plus, they kept our security deposit, and then they were trying to charge us for other damages that we didn't
Been here almost.5 years was great. The last 5 months bad no air.tillmay 16 it was
So hot. Very safe just not.happy with ownership.of the apt. Anymore time to move on
