he complex has a great location, and you can't beat the price, but that comes at a cost. Before you sign the lease, make sure you can get a walkthrough of the apartment. When I moved in, there was a lot of damage to counter tops, chewed up cabinets, screens, doors not functioning, etc. I have been working with the complex to resolve the issues, but it seems that when one is fixed, others arise. I've had two leaks in my apartment, one of which started to generate mold. Luckily it was fixed, but it took almost two weeks. For the past couple of months, I've had to deal with my neighbors smoke (and other smells) coming through the HVAC and walls. Maintenance came through and noticed a hole between my apartment and my neighbors, and I thought that fixed the issue, but I recently discovered another large hole (and hole is used loosely here) in the drop ceiling in the kitchen that leads to the same place the first whole was. It is a very nauseating smell, and working from home does not help as I am immersed in it the entire day. My screen door has broken multiple times and there are people in the complex that let their cats loose around the grass area by the pool. One of the cats tried to get into my apartment the other day because I had my door open, but could not shut my screen. Management did work with me to transfer me to another unit, which is above and beyond, but they could not guarantee that the neighbors there did not also smoke. They allowed me to check out the unit before accepting the transfer and it was in worse condition than mine currently is in. I have heard great things about this complex from friends of friends who lived here previously, but I cannot recommend this place to anyone after my experiences. There is little to no communication between tenants and management. Voicemails left and never receive a call back, emails go unanswered. If you decide to live here, please be prepared to not hear from anyone for days at a time.

I enjoy my stay at Copperfield Apartments. I feel very safe and since they changed their property management I have noticed a huge difference on how they treat their residents. I love it here

Copperfield is under new local management with new maintenance staff. This group of professionals is responsive, friendly, and willing to work to make things the best they can. It's like living in an entirely new place. I'm glad I stuck around!

The apartment complex is not as great as their advertisement scheme. Staff does not uphold rules or contract- they don't even keep their own office hours. Apartments are OLDER than the demo they show so make sure you know what you're getting into. There are homeless people that come here daily. Unless your safety and quality of living don't matter to you- don't move here.

Moved in over the summer and loved the pool and shade from the trees. Maintenance have been good and the new office team are nice. I have a townhome and it feels like a nice stand alone home.
