I have been very happy living here! Management is great and listens to every concern even if there is nothing they can do directly. They have always made me feel like my opinions and concerns were heard loud and clear.
Campus Lodge has been my home for my whole college career. I chose it because it was the best deal of everything I looked for. You get your own bathroom, are in your own lease, and everything is included. Of course, not everything is perfect quality, but you're still paying one of the cheapest rates in Norman. I recommend it to everyone I know.
This place sucks! the first week I moved in, a drunk guy walked into my bedroom! one of my roommates did not lock the door when she left home! it was horrible! It is a long story! I called the police twice! and they finally arrested him! this place is not safe! the gates are open all day! they close the gates at night but now the gates are damaged and are open during the night! I also saw one drunk guy sitting on his motor a few months ago in front of my building! I am sure he was not one of the residents! the maintenance sucks! the windows insulation is too bad there is air coming through my window and I have asked them to seal the windows! but it takes weeks... they offer gift cards when you are going to sign your lease but then takes too much time to send you your gift card! the furniture is of poor quality!
I just signed a lease ! They were so kind and helpful !!!
Fine to live in until you have to deal with the staff or maintenance. AC has been broken for over a month, and after waiting for our maintenance request to be filled, the staff at the playhouse has told us that fixing the AC (in the middle of the summer) is not a priority due to new move ins. Campus Lodge clearly spends the majority of your rent money on marketing and new renter acquisition instead of assisting the current residents, which explains the absurdly high turnover rate amongst the renting population. You get what you pay for, spend the extra 50 a month and go with another place with better service and priorities.
