Pecan Valley Apartments is a quiet community located in the heart of Lawton, Oklahoma. We are located near Comanche County Memorial Hospital, Cameron University, and just minutes away from Ft. Sill's Sheridan Gate. For your enjoyment, bordering the property is a public park and playground with many trees and the Lawton Country Club Golf Course.
Our apartment homes are unlike any other! These wonderfully spacious units offer fireplaces, washer/dryer connections and many other amenities you so desire all within a beautiful natural setting.

Im a long term tenant. I sold my house and made Pecan Valley my home almost twenty years ago. It is the kind of place you want to live term. The great thing is if I do have any problems they are ALWAYS taken care of promptly by their maintenance staff, to my satisfaction. Much better than owning a house! The Office staff is courteous and friendly. My utility bills are well within tolerable range.

I love my apartment. I like the 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, the fireplace, and the fact that it has a place for my washing machine & Dryer inside of the apartment. Also like the grounds, which has lots of trees, and a park on one side and the Country Club golf course on the other side, also an open field in the back and creek that runs on 2 sides of the apartments. It is a good place for pets, plenty of walking room for you and them.

I've lived her for almost 2 years. The entirety of those two years, one dryer has been out of service. Now there are 3 dryers that are out of service in the laundry room. Doing laundry for the last couple of weeks has been a freaking nightmare. There's money available to remodel and redecorate but not to maintain the equipment? Very unsatisfied. Won't refer anyone until the laundry room is up to standards to accommodate the residents.

Interior of townhouses are TOO old. It would be nice to be upgraded and renovated if I am the owner of this complex.
