It is an older complex, but it has been lovely. They've responded to all maintenance requests, and even added some updates to my unit after I moved in. I like that I can conduct most of the business online- paying rent and submitting any maintenance issues is super easy. The neighbors have been quiet and friendly. My kids like that the pool and playground are super close.
In a safe neighborhood. Clean grounds. It's next to a train track so invest in some earplugs for sleeping and you'll eventually get use to it. Neighbors can get noisy but not too bad. Affordable rent. Units are older with outdated appliances and laminate and countertops but it all works. Washer and dryer are included in units. Jose in maintanance is great. Our issues are always fixed in a reasonable time frame. Office staff is helpful and nice as long as you're nice to them. Clean pool area. Pet friendly although why a pet deposit is required for any apartmwnt when you already pay a security deposit is rediculous. All in all a good place to live. No major problems in the year we've been here.
Don't waste your time and money living in this apartment. They change staff in the office frequently so you always have to tell a new person about problems you have going on in the apartment over and over. Work orders aren't handled in a timely manner whatsoever. I got out of my year lease after two months because the entire month of April my roof leak wasn't taken care of. The ceiling was literally caving in the bathroom and Paula gave me partial rent off but then came back around and is now trying to charge me 3 days rent because she only gave me credit for 27 days even though I paid for the entire month of June. They pretend like they care and will work with you but really they just want you to not come up to the office so they'll tell you whatever you want to hear. I hated living in these apartments with my constant leaks and work orders that I had to put in. I had to get a new faucet, my bathroom flooded, my bedroom/above the washer/in the bathroom pantry above the toilet all had caving in roofing from leaks. I thought that them letting me out of my lease and paying partial rent would be the end of it but I'm now getting a 60 dollar bill in the mail for rent that I already paid for. Don't get yourself tied up in the mess too.
Took a tour of this little property. Very cute lots of amenties like tennis, racket ball , sand volleyball it was amazing! Prices were responsible and the office staff was really nice. I will be leasing here soon
