My family loves living here. We feel safe and love our home. It is quiet and work orders are answered amazingly fast! We feel very pampered here. We have lived in several apartment complexes and this by far is the best!
My husband and I live in kickingbird hills and we have a very clean apartment, we didn't have to do hardly any cleaning when we moved in. We haven't had any issues with the management. We did have one issue with a sassy maintenance person, but we've had countless other times where things were handled professionally. I recommend this place to anyone that I know needs a quality place to live close to campus and is extremely affordable.
This apartment complex is falling apart and in very bad condition, very dingy. I moved in due to cheap prices and trust me on this , prices actually match the cheap conditions of the apartment. Maintenance requests never get completed in a timely manner and the staff is very incompetent and has no idea how to fix on anything. Pretty useless. You can get burns as cold water turns into burning hot all of a sudden as you in the shower. Ceilings chip and you can see cracks on the ceiling and paint dust all over carpet. Refrigerators are very old and not working and these people are so cheap wouldnt replace it with a new one even if its not working, good luck with keeping your food fresh. Not worth your money and stay away. Office staff : I have no idea why they are there. Also dog waste all over place so good luck walking in the grass
Don't live here unless you absolutely have to. They are cheap, thats why I moved in. BUT its not worth it. First, our dishwasher was not working when we moved in. We put in maintenance request for the entire year of our lease. It was never fixed. Next, because the dishwasher was broken, our kitchen floor leaked water consistently. We could not go in the kitchen without shoes. This led to smells and mold. Still no help from maintenance. Everything and I mean everything just gets a fresh coat of paint before a new resident moves in. even the insides of the toilets are painted. By the end of the first month, paint was peeling off everything. The air conditioner leaks water from the ceiling, so the carpet was consistently wet. At the end of my year lease, I decided to give them another chance if they would move me to a different apartment. I gave two months notice and put down a deposit on the new apartment. Two weeks before I was supposed to change apartments, I was told they had rented them all out. I had two weeks to find a new apartment and I'm so glad I did. If these apartments are all you can afford, you'll survive here. But, you will be miserable.
Very reasonable prices perfect for a college student ! Looking forward to my time here ! The assistant manager Michele was the one that helped me and she was very nice and friendly and made me feel welcome !
