Fountain Lake is great we love it here. You won't find a better managed place to live when it comes to apartment life. This place is more like a resort, it's very welcoming. The staff will assist you in every way to see that your move-in process goes well. They really stay on top of things here, the leasing agents are always very personable and helpful. As far as the property goes the maintenance guys seem to stay on top of this place, it always looks great. As a resident I read the reviews from time to time and to me it seems there's always a cranky person out there that finds something to complain about in the reviews. Its dad because iif you ever look a little closer into their reviews and their review history, you'll find they complain all over the place. They give bad reviews everywhere they go. They complain about the restaurants they eat at or the stores they visit, it's not very nice because these are read by people serious about choosing a good safe place to live. I just know from my families experience this place has been nothing but professional to us. I can promise you that it's been our experience that when we've called down to the office for anything it was handled immediately. All ive ever met we're residents that seem to love it @ Fountain Lake. Cone see for yourself and I believe that you'll find that the energy here is friendly and comfortable. This place is totally managed by professionals through and through. If your looking for an apartment home, you've gotta tour Fountain Lake and you'll see for yourself, it's nice, it's clean and you will not find a better place to lease in Edmond for the price.

I love living here the new staff is great and pay attention to details. Also, they call/email to notify you that there's a package in the office for you, speed bumps have been added, they hired an extra porter to pick up dog poop. The manager seems to get things done, is very friendly and truly cares about this property. I would highly recommend this place to reside at if your looking for quality and quiet.

We chose Fountain Lake because during our search for a temporary home one leasing agent stood out above all the other properties they we researched. Darlene C.@ Fountain Lake was by far the most enthusiastic, energetic and helpful leasing agent that we have encountered. When we visited Fountain Lake Apartments for the first time it was during Christmas week and their office was very busy yet with the phone ringing, people walking in and out, deliveries constantly coming in the door, their leasing team remained kind, courteous and so professional to everyone, it was unbelievable. From the manager to the assistant manager down to the front line leasing agent the Fountain Lake leasing team turned our difficult situation into a very comfortable process for us. Although we don't encourage anyone to try and move during the busiest time of the year, we do encourage anyone who my be searching online right now for a new apartment home to give this place a call or visit. The property is beautiful and well maintained, everyone that we've encountered to date has went above and beyond the call of duty. We originally were thing six to twelve months tops, but because of our experience with these folks we are now looking forward to the next 14 months of our residency here.

I have been living here for about 4 years, My experience in my first Three years were awesome, at that time the apartments were under very good management and it was just great overall. However that is not the case now. I just went to speak with management a couples weeks there were so rude to me. she even threatening me that she is going to kick me out of the apartment after she notice that the apartment is not under my name and told me that is illegal. I told her that two year ago I took over this lease from my cousin and the management at the time told me that you are the leaseholder now. she said What was that employee.I told her his name is Jame and his boss is Brian. She told me that the were fired because of what they were hundiling the office and now we are tring to fix what they did! I told her that is not my mistake I don't take the blame for what someone else did? she said that she is trying to help me. I told her what does she need to end this problem. she said 25$ dollar application fee!!!! she said that why they could not change the name because you did not pay 25$ application fee. just pay that !!!!! I pay more than $1000 each month why wouldt i pay 25$ and when i paid that 25 doller She said to me with all insolence I will let you stay!!!!!!!!!

During snowy and icing conditions I think this complex should have some services to plow and apply salt to roads and walkways. Also Tenants with dogs should occur fines for not cleaning up after their walks. Lastly the parking spots that leads into the complex should be lined off from parking so that loading of groceries and deliveries, and tenants can walk without walking on the grass.
