Mapleview Colony Terrace Apartments

Looks like a great place to live

It was a very nice first apartment until I started to have continuous issues with bugs and in the last year Ive had the apartment next me flood 2 different and it flooded right through the wall into my apartment, all maintenance did was give me a box fan to help dry up the water, which was pointless cause all the water damage was under a dresser. Ive also had the apartment above toilet leak from my ceiling light in my bathroom while it was on basically told me that it would stop in a little bit. The lack of interest from some of the management here is unbelievable. Im glad Im finally moving out this place, also if its not flooding theres a fire, none of the apartments have a fire extinguishers only outside of the apartment there 2 down the hall.
