We moved into Hillbrook on March of 2018. We facilitated the lease on-line from three states away.(with no problems I might add) The management and maintenance staff here has been professional and courteous. The apartment was clean and just as viewed on-line. We received discounts on food and laundry accommodations and a move in special saving us one months rent. On a 1-10 I would give Hillbrook a 9, there are no 10's. I would recommend this apartment complex to a friend.

It's deeply concerning to learn that you're having a difficult time in our community. We want to improve your experience and we encourage you to stop by the office to give us in-person feedback in hopes to resolve your concerns regarding our methods of communication. We look forward to working together to find a resolution for your issues.


They didnt tell us they do a credit check and it brought my credit score down. They only told us they do background checks They need to tell people up front they do credit check so they can decide then if they want to apply for an apartment. Also we had to keep calling them to see if we got the apartment only to find out later we didnt.
