What Renters Like and Dislike About Xenia

I love the beautiful wooded property. It looks like a park during the Spring and summer. I also love all the wild animals that live here (i.e. coyote, hawks, racoons, bigfoot).

it has everything within walking distance. It has parks. It has everything you need. It has bars and restaurants

the people are great and its a good place to live. i think very higly the the peopel that are in my area

Lots of parks connected with the bike path. A few community organizations for the youth and lots of locat eats

There are no local businesses right next to our neighborhood, but they are within a 10 minute drive. Our neighborhood is all new houses within the last 4 years

I love how supportive the people in my neighborhood is. Also having such a neighborhood unified allows for people to feel safe and happy.
