Great move in specials! The office staff were so friendly and turn around on my application was swift and efficient. I love the constant email communication. I really like that they are making dog owners be responsible for clean up of waste. Ive lived other places this did not occur. The walls are thin, and there is some noise, in apartments this can be expected. The pool and common areas are clean and beautiful. The residents Ive met are friendly. Im very pleased to call this home.
Why does the office staff keeps changing, the common areas are always dirty, they keep moving anybody in on specials and my rent is extremely higher, only amenity is a small pool and fitness center and rooftop view. Its not worth the money I spend. I will not be renewing.
Great place!! Ill stay here every time!!
This place might look nice but looks are deceiving. Everything from carpet to the faucet fixture are cheap. Priced way too high for the quality of living. Not to mention you can hear just about everything your neighbor is doing, due to the paper thin walls.
They used to have a great leasing staff & now its been replaced with such unfriendly & unorganized group of people.
The only good thing about the place is the pool.
Too many other nice places to rent in that area to waste your time on The Heights!!! Keep looking
Absolutely the worst place Ive ever lived. The staff seem to think bad attitudes are good for business.
