We're sorry to hear that you feel unsafe. Firstly, our maint. tech would never go into your unit without permission, we've had no other complaints from other tenants either. Secondly, we've had no complaints from other tenants about the safety issues. To the contrary, the police dept. stated they're hardly called to the building since we've taken over. If you have specific concerns, please contact the police. Also, the regional manager tried contacting you unsuccessfully to discuss this.August 06, 2020
