I would like to take this opportunity to praise Scott and Derrick (maintenance men)today who came to my rescue when my toilet overflowed and like a comedy movie I could not turn off the water.Scott came to my apartment with in 5 minutes off my call. He aces the problem qickly and turned the water off before it reached the hallway and the carpet.He unstopped it and sent for Derrick to clean up the bathroom. Scott quickly returned and replaced the part that was necessary to keep the toilet from running.I really appreciate them and all the maintenience workers at PineRidge who work hard every day and very professional.Gary J

Well I am a dog owner and I make sure that I pick up my dogs mess but when I look around there is nothing but dog poop everywhere its ridiculous Im stepping in it picking up my dogs in front of the building the whole front yard is just full of someones dog poop there needs to be more control on this memo sent out or something ridiculous

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE TO LIVE HERE!
Lived in the townhomes for a little over a year. The apartment itself is not bad, but the management/staff and maintenance are terrible. For sure the worst service Ive ever experienced renting. Ive even lived at other GCI owner properties and never had issues.
No one ever has a clue of what is going on. We will get a notice that maintenance needs to enter our suite and check the smoke detectors/change the HVAC filter on a specific date. However when I returned home, it looked like no one came (the filter did not look changed). I called the maintenance number that was on the entry notice to ask if someone actually came.
The person on the phone was confused why I was calling or why I needed to know if someone was in the apartment and told me to call the leasing office.
I called the leasing office, and they said they could not give me that information. I was told the maintenance manager would follow up with me. Never did.
When maintenance actually shows up, they wont fix half the stuff you request because it is what it is and act like you are a huge waste of time. I was even asked before if I had a ladder in order for them to do their job.
Parking is also very difficult in the townhomes. You get a special pass for the village. There are signs that say parking is for permit holders only, however most cars parked there do not have a pass. If you arrive home later than 9pm good luck finding parking. They tried to enforce it once, but I got a parking ticket (even though my pass is displayed). When I called and questioned this, no one could tell me anything. The property manager even said he isnt familiar with the setup of the townhome parking and asked if I was in a parking spot or not. I was told someone would follow up with me. Again, nothing.
They also dont want you to live here for any extended period of time. Our rent/month went up $183/month after one year. That is ridiculous. 13% increase in one year.
