I was told this is one of the best apartment/townhouse complex.l will to agree . I had a conversation with someone that stays in the complex.l loved what was told to me of the area .l can not wait to moved their with my sister

I've been her almost 5 years, yes, small apt but perfect for my budget. Right across from everything just walk, everyone working here are so helpful and get things fixed fast. I enjoy is so much. Yes, there are people that want to treat the building like trash but that's everywhere.

this place does not live up to their advertisement for "luxury" apartment. it smells like trash inside, because there is trash left all over and inside the building. outside there is trash on the grounds and broken glass and dog piles near the doors. been here too long getting out very soon. dont go here they raise the rates and it isnt worth the noise and aggravation from the underperforming staff. the one good thing about this place is the maintenance people are very nice.

So I usually never leave reviews but I have to say I was very impressed with the property as well as the staff. While its been stressful apartment shopping this has been by far the best experience thus far Im excited to be able to feel safe in a new environment. Overall the staff was the reason I made my decision. They were not only professional but also very accommodating while using proper precautions with whats going on with Covid-19. Im sure we all can appreciate that! Thank you Pine Ridge.
