They got back to me & we talked. Very pleasant, but I am looking for month to month & their shortest lease is 6 months & is an extra $75 a month & none of their specials apply :(

This was an excellent place to live. I lived here for 1 year in 2018 and only left because I got a house. The apartment was very nice new carpet blinds etc. very quiet as well never had any noise issues. The maintenance staff and management were awesome. They are older buildings but they are always investing in them new carpet in the hall ways painting and also take really good care of the property. Highly recommend.

Leasing agent, Bobbie, is very patient and friendly. I received three phone calls that I had to take, while she was evaluating me for an apartment. She is VERY pleasant and accommodating.

I work at Village in The Park it's very beatiful and the location is great there r lots of stores very close by... they keep up with the grounds also

I love living here with my husband. We have been here for 10 years and the people in my building are so nice. Everything is so close, so getting places is a breeze. The staff here are wonderful, if anything happens to go wrong in your apartment, they are here to fix it promptly. I can't say enough good things about it.

It's so nice here! It's quiet, the grounds are beautiful and I love walking the dog here! The people here are very polite, friendly. Maintenance also does a great job as well as the yard crew and office staff! My grandkids really have been enjoying the pool!

I was at Village in the Park for five years. Not only do they treat their employees like garbage they treat their residents and vendors the same way. Everyone is replaceable to them. They will find any excuse to evict you. taking more space up in the garage? better watch out. live above the manager? good luck hes already gotton one family with young kids evicted because he could hear them WALKING and standing in the shower! They also know there's issues with your apt before you move in and they won't fix it. leaky roofs, bad appliances, bad carpet, horrible odor, bad windows, bad AC, leaky sink, broken garbage disposal, and much more. If you don't complain about it their mindset is...why fix it? don't waste your time here. They are nice to your face but once you are in... good luck!
