I lived in 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Remington for 7 years. The staff are very responsible and excellent. They address the maintenance calls promptly. I never had any issues while staying here. I strongly recommend without any hesitation.

Dont move here. The staff are experts at using a sweet tone to make excuses, blame and insult you for issues that arise with their property, of which there are many. The luxury label should be removedyoure paying top dollar for a cheap unit with a bad paint job, a place that will need frequent repairs and if you dare request they come at any time that isnt the morning, management will treat you like your request is unreasonable and blame you for the issue. We are counting the days until we can move out.

This company gives terrible customer service and tries to charge people $3k to move in with 2 790-810 credit scores, and refuses military discounts they offer if you have cats with no reason besides thats what they do. Avoid at all cost. This place was built in the 90s yet acts as if they can charge new luxury costs. Also the corporate manager Sandy is super rude.

I was treated terrible-denied my application and a terrible time getting my deposit back; I did not physically see the apt but invested a huge amount of effort!I am suspicious of some sort of scam here; I would not touch this place or any of its affiliates!!Best wishes!

Applied for an apartment about 45 days ago. Put $150 down which $100 of was supposed to be refunded if I was not approved. Which I was not. I have still not gotten a refund and I called a couple weeks ago again and they told me they would call me back that day. They never did. Have tried to call a couple times and nobody answers and there isn't an option to leave a message. I do not recommend using their pay through their computer option, because I don't think I am ever getting my $100 back
