This place doesn't do it's maintenance and refuses to fix issues. Repeated basement floodings with very visible rotting wood at the foundation and they just say to call my renters insurance. They never answer their tenant line and the 24/7 courtesy number is a joke. They never come out. The property manager is laughable at best. he doesn't resolve anything and just plays sides and either blames corporate or someone else. He isn't helpful.

These are perfect, except I really want at least a half bath. Still havent given up on them. These are beautiful! The staff is amazing.
