After living here, which is soon to be over a year, I can now see why I have so many unhappy fellow neighbors. Yes, my apartment is spacious, but it isn't anything special. There is little to NO insulation between apartments and every day I can hear my neighbors walking heavily around in what sounds like boot, I know which room they are in, sometimes even the bathroom. Every noise echoes. My downstairs neighbors can hear every noise that my family makes to the point we have to try to tiptoe around. Now, my apt has not been upgraded. Just received my 1st lease renewal after paying every months rent on time. They are raising it by appx. $200 per month. This complex can't compete with the newer complexes in the area which have many more amenities and luxury features for less money. Yes, they forced everyone to have their washer & dryer sets installed. Then replaced the roof - but this shouldn't be the residents responsibility to pay, as they will depreciate this expense. My cabinets are old and peeling. A front broke off the other day on a door. No fancy countertops here. Absolutely nothing, that would warrant such a rent increase. SAVE your frustrations, money and time by shopping elsewhere. If I could go back over a year ago when I moved in, I would.

I was looking into this apartment. In the process, there were several red flags that helped me decide not to choose this complex. Staff- not helpful, if you can get a hold of them. Application process and price-complicated and not clear. They seem out for themselves, not to help the tenant. There are so many good apartments in the Polaris area, I would choose another one.

TERRIBLE! First off our apartment was covered in mold from the day we moved in. We had maintenance come out and they basically put a band-aid on it because several months later the mold was back. Centipedes EVERYWHERE and seen on a daily bases. Even had pest control come spray and centipedes as well as huge spiders all over. so if you hate bugs, stay away. The pool was broken most of the summer and remained closed from July-September. We barely got to use that amenity as they never fixed it before summer was over. When moving out we did not get our deposit back due to an error on their end when they processed the deposit. Reached out to the leasing office numerous times and was ignored when trying to ask how and why my security deposit was processed wrong. Pretty much everything is a scam. Right down to the every changing prices on their units. I was told the prices can fluctuate at any time. There were several units available the same exact time as mine, I got the cheaper one, but the others were 1000 dollars more a month and did not make sense. Perhaps since mine was a mold infested centipede nest is why it was cheaper. I would advise to stay away. The grounds are pretty and neighbors are nice, but that is about it.
